How it works, from your side

- Eligible referral. Most referrals come from the person’s GP; specified specialists can also refer.
- Home interview and report. Once the service opens, the interview is planned for the patient’s home. The report goes to the referrer and, when different, the regular GP. Prescribing decisions remain with the relevant prescriber.
